Includes asbestos abatement, structural and selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete footings/walls/slabs, interior shotcrete walls, gypcrete toping, structural steel, metal fabrications, structural framing, Simpson hardware/strapping, finish carpentry throughout, architectural woodwork, custom built cabinets, thermal insulation, fiberglass and PVC roofing with associated sheet metal flashings, expansion joints, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, glazing, fixed louvers, drywall, fabric acoustical panels, ACT, resilient flooring, sports flooring, carpeting, painting, visual display boards, panel signage, corner guards, fire extinguishers, basketball equipment, wheel chair lifts, fire sprinkler extensions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire alarm, AC paving, and site concrete.
